At Unity Works, our vision is an inclusive world where people with a learning disability who want to work, can work.

We work with, for and alongside colleagues with lived experience to create employment and training opportunities and showcase the talents of people with a learning disability to employers.

Our delivery includes business to business social enterprises, supported employment contracts and complimentary skills and learning provision.

Our aspiration is to be a leader, catalyst, and trusted partner in making a more inclusive world for people with a learning disability.

Unity Works is a charitable organisation and is part of the Thera Group of companies.
